Review on ☕ Bodum 11750-01US Bistro Burr Coffee Grinder: Powerful and Sleek Black Design by Tiffany Powers

So it was originally given a star because it only half grinds the beans regardless of the settings. Two days after I started returning it, I found the part of the collar that is between the funnel and the ridge. He's just sitting there, notice. It must have fallen out when unpacking. Now that it's not grinding properly I must have read the instructions a dozen times to see if I missed something. The company should consider that little collar that just sits there as part of a coffee grinder, as it's not listed anywhere. Basically it was just "put on a funnel, add beans and go". If it were listed as part or at least in a footnote to make sure it's there I could save myself a headache. So I'm deducting a star in this updated review. All in all, now that I've put it together correctly, it works like a charm. I ground everything from powder to coarse ground just to be sure. The grass catcher could have closed a little better in my opinion, but without the lack of instructions/confusion I would have gotten five stars. Now I have to cancel the return.
