Description of ☕ Bodum 11750-01US Bistro Burr Coffee Grinder: Powerful and Sleek Black Design

Neat, space-saving device that holds up to 220g coffee beans. Adjustable grind with 12 settings, taking your beans from espresso to French press with ease. Clear plastic coffee catcher. Made from stainless steel, plastic, rubber & silicone. The conical burr provides a consistent grind with no sharpening required. It spins slower than a wheel model, making it quieter and less messy. Warning!: Please ensure that the catcher is completely in place, especially when using a fine grind. HOW IT WORKS : The BISTRO electric coffee grinder is simple and user-friendly to operate. 1. Add coffee beans in the top container, and turn the adjustment dial to your preferred setting. 2. Press and control the on/off button, and in a few seconds you’ll be ready to brew your coffee – and savor its delicious taste and aroma. USE & CARE : Always disconnect the burr coffee grinder from the mains before cleaning. The grinding ring, coffee bean container and ground coffee container are fully removable for fuss-free cleaning. Brush the grinding ring with a soft brush, and use a damp cloth to wipe the coffee bean containers and housing. Refer to the PDF attached below in Technical Specification for the Manual.

Dirty but works well for the price.

Absolutely no way to keep this grinder clean. Every time I use it, it sprays perfectly ground coffee all over the counter, and the static electricity between the grinder and the grind cup causes a little more coffee to get stuck on the outside of the grinder. If you are in a place like an office kitchen, avoid this. If you're at home and don't mind wiping your meters when you use them and you're on a fairly tight budget, this might be suitable. As for me, I don't think I can return it, but I…

Very Good Economic Grooved Coffee Grinder

The coffee grinders I usually use at Whole Foods (and other grocery stores) are no longer available due to Corona Virus precautions. The Bodum stone mill is a very good and inexpensive alternative. PLEASE NOTE that you must lower the female cone grinder ring onto the grinder BEFORE attaching the bean hopper (see left image). Had to rummage through the box to find this part at the bottom. ALSO you must place the bean hopper on top and press down to change the grind setting. The entire container…

3 coffee bags (small) and 90 days and now FREE!

So I don't drink coffee. My husband does, and his favorite beans only come in whole grains, so I invested in a coffee grinder. Good the first 2 times, my only complaint was that the drip tray doesn't shrink or seal tightly so the base comes out through a small hole at the top. Annoying and messy, but I could deal with it. I would not buy the same. So he drinks about a cup a day and breaks down his flavor that I don't have to grind. In this way we do not consume a lot of coffee that needs to be…

Garbage! 90 days and the thing is broken. Do not buy!

Well all of a sudden this expensive piece of junk broke on me and made a hell of a mess in my office, I'm so angry. The worst thing is that I haven't been able to drink coffee yet so my morning is going to be hell thanks to this POS. Apparently it's stuffed up because it's just starting to contract and it sounds like it's completely stalling. I removed the funnel which of course allows all of the contents to spill anywhere and it looks like it got stuck in the coffee grounds. That's a terrible…

Good coffee grinder and good price.

Only 2 days, but so far so good. This is a real cone mill that works great and costs what it should. Unlike all other expensive coffee grinders. Let's see how long the motor lasts and I'll update if it's less than a year old. Pros: Price! I encourage everyone to get a new $40 cone mill. Nice compact design that fits perfectly in my coffee machines. Not as noisy as other models I've had in the past which is a plus in the mornings. The lid of the container is very airtight, although I wouldn't…

Decent for the low price but awkward to use

It's manageable after some fiddling, but it's far from great and I'd happily spend more for something better. The first problem is that the mug that the coffee grounds fall into isn't airtight at all, and every time I grind it, dust and particles fly out and leave a huge mess on the counter. Okay, not a big mess, but nothing. Every time I grind coffee I have to wipe down the counter. I fixed this by wrapping duct tape around the top of the receiver, but I didn't have to. Even though it's not…

Finally deserved.

So it was originally given a star because it only half grinds the beans regardless of the settings. Two days after I started returning it, I found the part of the collar that is between the funnel and the ridge. He's just sitting there, notice. It must have fallen out when unpacking. Now that it's not grinding properly I must have read the instructions a dozen times to see if I missed something. The company should consider that little collar that just sits there as part of a coffee grinder, as…

Good price, bad design

I had a good manual coffee grinder that unfortunately broke. I bought this electric coffee grinder to save a little time and effort and the reviews said it was good value for money with a good grind quality. This is a good grinder in terms of grind quality (I use a medium grind for a French press). ), speed and noise. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but I expect it to last at least a couple of years without issue. However, as other reviewers have pointed out, the…
