The Bietrun WXM05 wireless headset with microphone exceeded my expectations. When delivered, the transmitter and receiver are automatically paired with no set-up problems. The 1/4" receiver plugs into the input of a karaoke amp we had and the headset is comfortable and has volume controls. I was pleasantly surprised that the amplifier output was louder than the wired mic. USB charging The Y-cable charges the transmitter and receiver at the same time. The kit includes adapters for the 1/4" receiver plug to various 3.5mm plugs. My wife is a teacher and this product will help project and preserve her voice while wearing a mask in the classroom during the pandemic when the kids are back in the classroom.
