Doesn't blow much air but is flexible and lightweight

I liked the soft rubber material it's made of. I liked its flexibility and the fact that your hair doesn't get caught in the fan blades. He doesn't have to blow a lot of air! Small holes around the neck make you think you will cool down all over. Ha ha. It's not getting cold at all.
