This is a good value glass but you get what you pay for. In the hand, the thing looks thick and clumsy. The opening in the lid has a sliding curtain with nooks and crannies that are difficult to access when cleaning. The most annoying thing is that the lid is shaped like a petri dish with a rim/wall of 2cm and the drinking hole is on the flat surface of the lid below the rim/wall. Therefore, the liquid has to rise up to 2 cm before it reaches your lips (compare this to a coke can, where the rim is about 0.5 cm high). The fluid dynamics here only create discomfort. It's like grappling with a bunch of complex equations in your head to figure out the best way to drink from this thing, but you end up just trying to wrap your lips around this hole that feels like a galaxy far, far away .
