Thin cables only
One of the plugs was incorrectly pre-terminated and it took me almost an hour to unscrew it from the metal casing, apparently damaging the finish. I would not recommend buying these plugs. The ones that worked properly accept thick 10 to 12 AWG wire, but then the metal shell won't come back because the screws holding the wire in place stick out and don't allow the shell to slide in place . I had to go to AWG-16 to use the metal shells and one of those looks awful.
