The compression sleeve has definitely helped with my biceps tension pain. It was reasonably priced and actually came in a set of 2 which was a nice surprise. I wear it almost every day to the gym and sometimes around the house. My bicep pain in general has greatly reduced after a few weeks of wearing the cuff. On the other hand, it's almost impossible to put the sleeve on myself (I use it on my right hand, and I'm right-handed), so I have to ask for help. It's also a bit itchy when I sweat, which is quite common when exercising. Overall, despite the price, I'm happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone with a light to moderate bicep load.
