Review on Effortlessly Snap Babyville Boutique Snaps with These Pliers! by Barbara Simmons

I bought these buttons at my local craft store and then realized I didn't have pliers. I came home and read the reviews that made me regret the purchase. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back to the store etc so I ordered the pliers from Amazon. Ordered for Saturday and Saturday delivery, arrived on time and well packaged. The first few shots and I almost screwed up my project :-( then I started the YouTube instructions as the project was due to be ready tonight. I found a very informative video from KAM showing the difference between Shanks .in the package, already talking to a preloaded stem and die for size 20. Well while watching a youtube video they showed how to remove the transparent rubber and check the size of the stem and lo and behold the larger one Stock was loaded incorrectly.Size was 20 as per documentation but not the stock.Changed stock and immediately glued 5 bars with no problem.4 stars because the product works well but the instructions suck!I rarely write reviews but i thought this might help someone.
