Review on Graitec USA by Jeff Westra

The best thing about graitec has to be their customer support team! They are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns (even if it's just "hey do u have time today?").

Nothing really specific other than being able to communicate easily over email/phone call would make me dislike this software - but I don't think there was anything like that either way :) Our department uses GRAITECH as our main 2D drafting program along side AutoCAD & Archi-Draft Pro so we can create drawings in both formats at once which makes creating documents easy when needed.
