Their service quality is very high, they are always quick to respond, their customer support team knows what they're doing, and it's easy to get in touch with them when you need help. Nothing that I can think of right now. If anyone needs an affordable server for web applications - this is the place! They offer great prices and good performance. The only thing I dislike about them are the slow page loads sometimes (although not enough to be bothered). I'm running my website off of one of their servers, so that means less time wasted managing things myself, plus better uptime too, which makes me happy as well :).
