These shocks never felt right after they were installed. After working unsuccessfully with customer support, I called Progressive's corporate office. I was advised to give them a short break in time, which I did. I can't say they've improved and the ride really isn't any better than my stock Harley Davidson shocks. When I came out of the garage last night there was a puddle of oil under the right shock absorber. I called progressive support and they told me to email my information and they will get back to me. I was also told that I would have to pay for the defective shock absorbers to be shipped and they would then be repaired and sent back to me. I said this was not acceptable to me and asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was no observer so I asked her name which he refused. Today I will be contacting the Progressive Corporate Office.
