So far, so good. in kitchen and dining room

sheets of parchment save lives when cleaning bakeries. These sheets come in a box with a thin plastic bag. The pouch closes with a sticky edge that snags when the leaves are removed. It would be much more convenient if the bag had a zipper and was made of a thicker material. I'm worried that the bag will break before I've used all the sheets. Also, the parchment sheets are pretty thin compared to others I've bought. I've used them several times and they're still holding up.

Pros

EXTRA HEAVY BUT REASONABLE PRICE: Each of these 250 pieces of parchment is very thick and our parchment paper has a weight of 45 gsm. Compared to 40gsm paper, our paper is stronger, more durable and less brittle, so you can easily take food out of the pan by lifting the parchment paper without breaking it. ALSO THIS IS MORE EFFICIENT THAN OTHERS.
