Let's start with IT WORKS. Today it went up to 13.5V with no problems, but that doesn't mean there weren't any problems. Apparently the first controller didn't work. Battery never charged. That was bad news, but the really GOOD news is that the Pikasola support engineer was AWESOME and sent a new one that worked. no questions. Soooo, at some point I could have given this product a less than stellar rating, but now it's about the outcome, isn't it, and the outcome is that this system works well in So Oregon. and for that reason i give this product 5.
