I can't say enough for the support, I was setting up my grinder in upstate New York and there was a micro explosion that shattered my unit when I hard brake 3 blades . Contacted via email through Amazon and 4 days later I had 3 new blades at home, no questions asked, not guilty at all but helped how can I not find support like this anymore.

This is a well made product. Pretty easy to assemble except you need to figure out what kind of post setup you are going to do. The active power is not 400 watts of continuous power. It should be ideal if the conditions and energy are generated while the wind is blowing. In my installation it is in addition to the solar system.

Let's start with IT WORKS. Today it went up to 13.5V with no problems, but that doesn't mean there weren't any problems. Apparently the first controller didn't work. Battery never charged. That was bad news, but the really GOOD news is that the Pikasola support engineer was AWESOME and sent a new one that worked. no questions. Soooo, at some point I could have given this product a less than stellar rating, but now it's about the outcome, isn't it, and the outcome is that this system works well…

We ordered this product because we enjoy the combination of wind and sun. There is no manual available online, only the paper that came with it. At first, metal chips in the paint bothered me. The 3 (very short 4") red wires coming from the bottom of the unit were easily cut where they exited the base plate which could have caused a short to ground.
