This helmet is my style, love at first sight. Only the non-solid color helmet I have would easily get 5 stars for comfort and looks. Mine arrived quite scratched due to poor shipping procedures. I called and complained a bit, they got me a new one quickly the next day, a new one came with a balaclava hanging on the helmet. I decided to keep the scratched one as it was still wearable even though it was matte black and they had very poorly repaired some of the worst before I got them. I have 5 kids, 2 full time jobs and we only have 5 months out of the year to ride in NYC if we're lucky. Definitely no time lugging helmets back and forth hoping to get a finished undamaged/scratched helmet. I like the helmet but the QA department needs some work. Seems like it would be nice if they didn't throw away the visor along with the flat black helmet (common sense not common sense). Maybe I'm a little crazy, but I'd be better off "earning" the scratches and stains on my motorcycle gear myself.
