Often times buying a product isn't just about the product. When products are massed produced it's understandable that a few faulty ones will slip through. Obviously you never want that to happen, but when it does you want good service to back up the product. In my case, one of the slots on the charger wasn't working. I contacted customer service and got a response in less than 24 hours, after a quick exchange of emails for shipping purposes, a new charger was on the way. The replacement works at advertised.
