Review on 🔧 CP-5NMO Lip Mount: Enhance Reception with 3-Axis Adjustable, NMO Compatible Solution featuring 18ft Coax by Shawn Fuller

I recently purchased a Comet CP-5NMO trunk mount for my Mustang. A Browning BR-140 NMO antenna is screwed to it and to my Cobra 25 LTD. As this is a trunk mount, the lid itself may NOT FIT COMPLETELY against the body when closed. I attached 3/8 wide copper braid directly to the case on both sides of the cover. There were fuselage and body bolts to attach braided copper wire for reliable continuity in case of potential grounding issues. With this Comet rack mount and a perfectly vertical Browning BR-104 antenna and exceptional SWR, what more could you ask for.
