I originally ordered this screen protector for my new iPhone 12 Pro and one screen protector cracked when trying to peel off the film layer. I contacted them and they immediately replaced it. I am very grateful to them for their quick response time and willingness to help their customers. I also love the screen protector. I don't seem to have anything on my screen but I still protect my screen perfectly! Definitely recommend.
