Bought on February 8th and it took us less than a month to hate it! I was so excited to have a Mason French Press. We have used a beaker before and I have changed the glass twice already. This size is too big for one person and too small for two people. Silicone caps are difficult to seal well and leaks are common when pouring. In theory, this seemed like a really great idea, but the design proved otherwise. I still want it to work, but in order for it to be a good press for two, a special mason jar needs to be made. Perhaps the product could be sold like a single man's cup of coffee. Need a tighter lid or a new spout.
