Well, I like this bottle because it's easier to fill. BUT you have to squeeze relatively hard because the nozzle is very thin. If you use this, the actual filling process will be VERY slow unless you decide to expand the spout somehow. The bad thing about this bottle is that the thread for the cap is pretty weak. You cannot try to overtighten the cap or it will come off the threads and the cap may come off if you press too hard, which is difficult as you need to squeeze a little to get good liquid flow. If they strengthened the threads on the lid and widened the spout a little, it would be a premium product. I still managed to use it, but my hands hurt afterwards. I didn't do enough arm exercises to prepare for it.
