The best thing about shiptrack for us as shippers was that it enabled our team to have timely tracking information for each consignment. It helped us manage our warehouse space and also help reduce misplacement rate which ultimately increased customer satisfaction. I don’t think there are many things i disliked but would like more integration between the e-commerce platform and shipping software platforms so that they can be integrated together seamlessly. For example, we wanted to add in additional shipment details such as pick up location etc. But, this feature does not seem to support atleast now (2019). So, if you want to integrate the two worlds then go ahead! You will realize how much work has been saved by using shiptrack compared to other logistics companies who used spreadsheets or paper logs! We have used ship track to track the shipment of our goods. It’s a easy to use, very good customer support. It’s not very user friendly, could be improved. It’s not easy to use. I recommend it if you are a business owner who needs to track their shipping. We’ve used ship track to track the shipping of our goods. It’s a good product to use.
