Heavy and durable best lights and ceiling fans
Appears to be of good workmanship, if they will last 20+ years or rust only time will tell. Fairly heavy which is good but makes it difficult to install them on a ladder 8 or 9 feet off the ground as there isn't a good way to secure them in place and they slide off when trying to holding the plate with one hand and the drill/driver with the other. We learned how to use the plate as a template to mark holes with a pencil and then drill pilot holes for the screws. This made the installation much easier.
