I am so glad I got this brand. Derma needles can be quite intimidating at first and did take a little bit to get used to. GO GENTLE for these needs are small but you can definitely feel it when they are there. I got this for my lower abdomen for losing a lot of weight I have gotten lots of loose skin and stretch marks. I have used this 4x a week and I am starting to see a difference. It comes with a manual that shows different ways of rolling the device as well as how to take care of it. For example, for disinfecting out of the sealed packages it recommends in 75%alcohol be left in it for about 5-8 minutes. and once you are done you should clean the area add whatever type of creams or numbing cream roll away then place it back in the box they come in. The shelf life is about a few months but please be careful and take your time with these for they are very sharp and make sure there are no distractions while in use. I definitely do recommend these for any beginner like myself. Thank you!
