Just. Wow! the best additive manufacturing products

Edit/Update in a week: I would add that I thought the assembly was very easy, it helps keep odors at bay and I have one a later review about it notes the size. Yes, it looks big, but it's not that much bigger than the Ender 3, so you only get an idea of how much space a 3D printer actually takes up. I've also noticed that my printer area is now neater and tidier, and I no longer accidentally bump into it when printing (or turning it off), and I no longer stack other project material on the platform or frame when not in use. It's just helped me organize and keep my 3D printer space more organized. Unexpected Bonus!--------------------------------------------- -- -------------------------- ------------------------------ -- Everyone wants an enclosure for their 3D printer, or at least he should want it. There are hundreds of DIY ways to do something like this, and I was on the verge of doing something like this until I realized that not only did I not have time for another project, but the end result probably wouldn't be as good as this. . I think the only reason I hesitated after this point was the price. And then I just had to switch to PETG and failed after failure. The case is needed, the case is bought, done. When I got it and set it up, my first thoughts were "okay, but nothing special". But then I started to USE the case and got sold. It was worth every penny. The material is quite heavy, the frame is solid. I love the shiny reflective lining. It retains heat well. It has top and side doors for access and ventilation. The main entrance goes upstairs and over the top. Access is NO issue with this case and it also keeps my printer and printouts free of cat hair and dust. :-) It's simple, but it seems well built, purpose built and it just works. The only change I would even consider would be to make the front zipper a little deeper/not as rounded in the corners, but that's an incredibly small issue. After using this case, and I'm sure as with any other case, the quality of my prints has improved A LOT. Using PETG has become a dream. ABS is already in the rear view mirror and I am thinking of PLA. It will be dark inside, so you definitely need light. I chose an LED light that is USB powered and has a switch on the cord. ASIN: B00QX096L0 Adding this case will reduce printer noise, but don't rely on it as the primary silencer. The stepper motor isolators, upgraded motherboard, replacement of fans with quieter and larger ones make the Ender 3 much more enjoyable to work with, and this case is another great addition. Housing with only one power cable outlet. Please be sure to check the USB amperage before seeing if your Rasp Pi can power it via USB, otherwise you will need a cheap USB power adapter. Other options include connecting to an Ender power supply and using a buck converter to step down the voltage for the 5V/12V LEDs, which can be hung, fixed and taped inside the case. Revain of course delivered this item to me fairly quickly, also with delays due to Covid-19. Thanks very much! (I don't see the option to attach photos anymore, but I will if it becomes possible.)
