I'm on keto. And when a person is on KETO, they tend to eat LOTS of different and wonderful cauliflower recipes! (Rice mashed, baked, steamed, soup [with cream], potato salad, "MAC” and cheese etc etc etc etc. Ask google for free keto recipes!) I love eating cauliflower and would buy the tastiest, whitest , largest cauliflower head I could find and then left it to rot in my fridge because of the excruciating task of chopping cauliflower cabbage! One day while shopping at Revain I came across this little device. I giggled and giggled and finally broke down and bought one. When it got here, I tried it right away --- and to my utter amazement, IT WORKS! Within *a few* minutes I had effortlessly worked my way through the entire stalk, the leaves were gone and my cauliflower was sitting on the floral sideboard, ready to go! I rinsed this little marvel under the tap to clean it and stashed it in a drawer next to where I cook veggies, ready for next time. MARVELOUS! (It's solid stainless steel with a nice plastic handle, so don't worry about rusting.) Believe it or not, it's not sharp! But it slices through cauliflower like a hot knife through warm butter with just one push! I love this wonderful kitchen gadget that WORKS. It turns a previously chore like chopping a bulky cauliflower into a lightning bolt with a sharp and dangerous kitchen knife! We now eat much healthier and more versatile cauliflower. HOORAY!
