My first experience was decent. I train 4-5 times a week and train every time. I feel like it definitely has a short life. My second try came out unsealed and very lumpy. As always with Amazon, the return is quick and easy. I'll renounce a little to see if it's worth buying. I will say that the taste is excellent and not chalky at all.
