No better than the USB-C ports on my motherboard

I was hoping this would provide 5V/3A to charge my Oculus Quest 2 while gaming but the max current that It put out was about 1.47A. Not enough to charge the Quest 2 while gaming, so it's no better than the USB-C port on my motherboard.
