Pros When it worked it was pretty good. Cons: Very poor battery life. I had to charge upon waking and again before bed. Sometimes I needed to refuel in the afternoon when I was really active. The screen becomes unresponsive when the battery level drops. I've just encountered a complete lack of screen response - can't even restart it. Two side buttons are mechanical. The top button that gives you access to exercise tracking, oxygen, heart rate, timer and now the top button is sticky. This means I can't access ANY of the features that made me buy the watch. The mobile app (mobvoi) supporting TicWatch E3 is THE WORST. It doesn't always sync to the clock. This will keep you in manual sync. It's best if the watch tells you one thing and the app isn't even remotely the same. Mobvoi support is terrible. When the clock hung several times, I contacted them. Their emails kept saying they had a return label. It NEVER was that - just a screenshot that doesn't print large enough to be usable. My recommendation is to get away from this terrible device mess. There are others with higher ratings. Please note - this one is not worth half of what they charge for it.
