I don't normally write long reviews but this one is getting a little long. I really can't say enough good things about this helmet. Arrived well packaged, working, with fully charged battery. Everything about it works exactly as advertised. I haven't had a chance to use the intercom feature yet, but will be buying a second helmet for my passenger because I'm sure it will work well. Phone calls are doable, I've made them up to 60mph and haven't had any hearing or hearing problems. The audio quality when listening to music isn't high-end stereo quality, but it's good, loud enough and above what I would ever expect at this price point. Some people have stated that the sunscreen is a little blurry, comes in a clear protective case when transported, and is perfectly clean when removed. The chin bar is easy to remove and lift in a snap and locks securely into place when pushed down. Wind noise with a helmet is quite tolerable, especially with a modular helmet design and not with a full face. The helmet is well ventilated. The visor goes up and down easily and seals well. It is not too heavy and very comfortable to wear. I've been looking for months and you definitely won't find a better helmet than this. Anything that compares to the features and quality of this helmet will cost you upwards of $800, and at that point you're really going to hit a state of diminishing returns on your money. I literally don't like anything about this helmet. Aside from getting a good product, the customer service I received from the seller was excellent. I took the advice of many other reviewers and ordered a size larger than I normally wear, but found the helmet to be too big. I asked a question on Amazon where I could buy a smaller balaclava to fit the helmet and fifteen minutes later the seller replied with the message "please contact us asap". I did so and a few minutes later they responded again and offered to send me a smaller helmet liner for free! Seriously, that service alone is worth giving my business to these people. Combined with the fact that this is a really good product at a more than reasonable price, I would highly recommend this helmet. Very soon I will be buying another and possibly one of their stand alone intercoms to lend to friends I ride with so we can talk.
