I have used it 3 times and it does its job perfectly! I wasn't sure if he would find the house after going all the way through the house but ended up just following the wall back to the charger. This is an upgrade from the 11 with its Wi-Fi capabilities. The only problem I had was setting up the Wi-Fi connection. It only works on 2.4GHz network. I have a dual band router and had to disable the 5GHz band and then use the "manually connect" option in the Eufy Home app to connect to my 2.4GHz signal.
