I used it twice and broke the third time. Cheap welding on one of the spars sold out. A few more uses and the black coating started peeling off so had to be thrown away after about 3 uses. Check out the photo of what he did to my turkey last year after only 3 uses! The black lines are where the turkey made contact with the broiler. I was seriously worried we would all be sick as I didn't see it until I took it out of the fridge before grilling it and when 7 people showed up I had to hope it wouldn't be a problem and move on. and cook as usual. Not a good feeling. The company said they would send a replacement, a month later nothing came. When I contacted them again, the email said "we don't have it in stock", no apology, no "we'll try to get it to you asap", nothing. No follow up on their promise to send me a replacement. This company has been in business for over 60 years, don't know how they survived with crappy equipment and zero service. Either support your product and your customers or take on other tasks. Stay away from this garbage!
