I've only been using it for about 2 days, but so far everything I've actually received is there. I told a customer service representative that I would like 2 identical keyboard cases to fit my MACbook model (instead of the 2 different ones that come in the original box) and he immediately texted me to say everything was fine. and that it will be shipped tomorrow (which is Sunday for me). I thought it would be great to list my two keyboards. I took off a star because it was supposed to come with my other items as advertised, although I understand this was a mistake. I would like to give another half star for excellent customer service (4 1/2 stars overall) but that is not an option hence 4 stars for missing items. All in all, so far so good, great product, exactly as described with fast and efficient customer service.
