I was surprised that this scrub came in cubes but it was mine for not reading the description carefully. Having said that, I read the instructions in the photo above and realized everything was fine. I jumped in the shower with a cube in hand, wet the cube and couldn't crush it. A gentler effort was required, and in my heart it was quite a challenge. Since opening this I have not been able to return this product otherwise I would have done so in a jiffy. To use this I had to crush all the cubes with a hammer and add water to them in a container. If you are looking for a project then this is the one for you. If you're looking for a sugar scrub that's easy to use, look no further!
