Exo Terra Screen Gallon Inches Review

Great lid. Unfortunately I bought what the description said was a 36x12 and received a 36x18 lid. I have a currently unoccupied tank that could use this cap so will be keeping it but I am very disappointed that the lizard that lives in the tank I bought this for still has no cap and I do buy another one because I don't think that will happen again.

I went back and forth to explain that I need a 36 long times 18, with him it would be easier for you guys to understand I say 36x18x12 well it's just the numbers and the screen comes up but you keep typing 12 and it shouldn't be there I just type in the exact number and I'll talk to someone - then on the same day , on which you sent it, forget 12

Petco and other pet stores around me never had the right size aquarium lids when I went there and I just recently upgraded my turtle tank to 30 gallons. What I ordered and what I received in the mail was completely different, the envelope says it's 30 gallons, but I got something a lot more. I gave the lid to a friend because it fits their 55 gallon tank and I don't need it, but now my turtle tank doesn't have a lid. It was a pretty sturdy case and felt solid, but just didn't like the size…
