I returned this product as it didn’t work. My son’s hdmi on his tv intermittently stops working so I decided to use the composite inputs as he doesn’t use them. The first thing we noticed is that it needed a power source. It was down hill from there. Although, installing the hdmi to composite was easy it was marred by the need for it to be plugged in. With his space being used for his other gaming devices and his computer finding a space to plug it in was tough. After plugging it in the light to show it was receiving power didn’t illuminate. I was annoyed that the photo didn’t show the adapter and the description didn’t clarify it needed a power source. I have other hubs and none of them require power. In the end, I boxed it up and sent it back. It didn’t work. Be sure you know if it requires a power source and if your area can handle yet another cord.
