Me and my family have been using it for a while now and overall we really like it. Functionally, this is almost a standard toaster, with basic features and no frills. Aside from looks, there's nothing that makes it a truly "standout" model, but it works well for our use and has so far handled all the types of bread and bagels we've put in it. That's what we like about her. :* It's more of a rectangular/box shape. This makes it easier to store and place on our toaster tray.* It's slightly larger than our previous toaster, meaning the sides of the toaster are a little farther from the heating elements. This, combined with the plastic sides, means it doesn't feel as hot to the touch.* The cleaning tray is easy to remove and insert. Here's what we'd like to change: frozen pastries, etc. I've had cheaper toasters with this feature; I don't know why it isn't on this model.* The Browning dial is not tactile; it doesn't "click" when rotating. I prefer a stylus.
