It absorbs high voltage surges up to 3150J and a maximum peak of 45000A and also protects RV electrical equipment from dangerous high/low voltage, electrical noise and sudden power surges due to lightning! It also comes with ETL certification. Made of flame-retardant material, therefore very safe to use!
