I just had the pleasure of buying at the TidyCare website, and I must say, it was a memorable experience. It took me longer to complete a marathon to navigate the website's maze and discover what I was looking for. However, I'm all for taking the extra steps! I was eager to get my medical supplies after I eventually managed to place my order. However, the wait for them to show up was like watching paint dry. While I was waiting for my shipment, I felt my age increasing. I was unhappy to see that one of the products in my order was damaged when it did finally arrive. But hey, there are always surprises in life, right? The real kicker came when I asked for help from customer support. They had roughly the same practicality as a chocolate teapot. They responded slowly and ineffectively, so I had to take care of the problem myself. I had a comedy of mishaps with TidyCare's online store overall. But hey, at least I had a good laugh about it!
