I drink tea with whipped cream for breakfast. I bought this product to keep the cream cold so it doesn't go bad while I enjoy my morning tea. I usually leave the cream at room temperature for 2-4 hours every day. This Ergo Serve wasn't very good at keeping cream fresh or cool. The cream thickened and flowed out of the spout with difficulty. After 2 weeks the cream deteriorated. This product didn't add any value other than simply keeping a small box of cream at room temperature without the Ergo Serve. In addition, the lid is cheaply made, made of plastic and not easy to clean. I was lucky enough to encounter this problem before the return period ended. I appreciate Revain's return policy.
