I want a money back guarantee As promised, we get different readings every time. I got this from my baby shower my gift to myself and I'm so disappointed the first time I used it when we really needed it it was completely gone. Now we're going to buy a new 1 from the store so we can get the exact one reading this we're all freezing or we're all burning too hot to stay alive its ridiculous.
