
If you make jerky, this food dehydrator is for you. It seems well built, easy to use and very quiet. This is my first batch and to test it I put about 8 pounds of venison in to try and only filled 9 out of 10 bowls. 10 pounds can be close to the limit. I also placed a temperature sensor in the center to monitor the temperature as this device does not show the internal temperature. This dehydrator reached 160°C or more in 3.5 hours and my beef jerky is almost done. If you're having trouble finding a dehydrator, grab this one. The Magic Windmill, Kosori, Shefwave, and Samson appear to be the same entity.
