Unfortunately this brush set, although very cheap in price, is not worth the money. The bristles of the back brush and the hand brush are made of the same material. A brush is NOT softer than some reviews suggest. Although I was looking for a brush to clean myself, this brush was unnecessarily uncomfortable for my body. I usually wash my face with a plastic washcloth and it doesn't irritate or get red, but this back brush makes me flinch at the slightest movement. After a quick test, several red spots appeared on my back. The durability of the bristles combined with the idea that you can actually "brush" yourself with this brush means you'll be buying a replacement soon. When opening the package, there were a lot of loose bristles in the brush head for both the back and arm. All in all, throw in a few bucks more for a functional brush.
