Works well, proper flush mounting can be difficult to achieve.

I really like the light output, much better than that of a fluorescent lamp. A frosted lens reduces glare, but that's not too bad. The only thing that disappoints me about this light is that there is no room in the base to run cables between the light and the ceiling for proper flush mounting. I was able to drill a few holes in the bracket to redirect it and mount it flush. If your lightbulbs aren't working, make sure they're installed correctly. Try flipping them all the way around (top - numbered LEDs closer to the switch). While this is a great product, time will tell the life of the lamp.
