Very easy to set up and manage business contracts
I like how easy it was to use this software for our business needs! There are so many options available with different types of licenses which makes managing your agreements very simple as well.
The only thing i dislike about this product would be their support team because they do not always have answers or follow up quickly if you need help at any time during day/night hours (24hrs). So far everything has been great but we will see in due course what happens when there's an issue arises after using them since 2014 now till date. We used Contract alert to manage all legal documents such as purchase orders / sales order etc.,.
Pros
- It's very easy to manage your contracts/agreements and there are a good number of options available for licenses and services
Cons
- Sometimes its difficult to reach the customer service team when you need to, there's always been delays when contacting them
