I am very disappointed with this product. I spent $180 thinking I want a good product. It was recommended to me by my dog trainer. After a few short months, part of the collar didn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Now I'm trying to charge it overnight and when I take it out of the charger the light on the collar turns orange and then goes off briefly. The collar light should stay green for most of the day! So I am disappointed and would like to at least give the product a second chance if it can be exchanged by the seller. I really liked the design of both the collar and the handpiece.
