All in all the best mouthguard I've bought (especially for the price). It was easy to shape as it is a very simple burl to cook and shape. I have a really hard and stern face (since I really hate people but I work in retail) so it's hard for me not to unconsciously grind my teeth or clench during the day. I broke the same filling by grinding/squeezing 3 times and I needed something to help and it works! It's convenient, but as someone who has a terrible gag reflex even when chewing and a small mouth, I really have to limit the mouthguard in order to be able to use it. However, I recommend it, especially if you want an affordable alternative.
