Purchased two pair (black and pink) of these fun sandals, and I want to love them because they are super cute; however, be prepared for the smell! It's beyond horrible and will not go away. It's so strong my entire closet reeks of the smell (like the old jelly sandals, only worse)! Spent the weekend visiting with my daughter and she ask me to put them in the closet because the smell was permeating her entire apartment. LOL I'm soaking them in hopes of getting rid at least some of the pungent odor.keeping my fingers crossed.
