Review on Black Pearl IZUMi Softshell Jacket by Josh Cooper
Very good jacket
This jacket was worn in minus 5C with a thin base layer underneath. It was nice and warm even though I was exercising at a moderate intensity. Have also used it without the primaloft inner jacket near zero and at high intensity and seems to breathe very well.
