Update 10/23/2019 So I got another copy of this lens and it turned out to be much sharper at F2.8, especially in the center. I'm much happier with the new one which is why I'm giving it 5 stars now.**************** This lens is so light my Sony A7RII leans back! At F2.8 it's pretty soft and the corners are even softer. But turn it down to F4.0 and the center gets really sharp! Corners become sharp at F8.0 or F11.0. I didn't see any chromatic aberration issues in my brief test. I even compared this tiny Samyang to a fairly beefy Zeiss 16-35mm F4.0 and was pleasantly surprised to find that at F4.0 and above the Samyang matches the Zeiss' sharpness in the center and the Zeiss has some advantages in the corners in between has F4.0 and F5.6 . But after F8.0, you will have a hard time to find the difference between them. My two cents: treat this lens like an 18mm F4.0 and you'll be delighted. But for the price and **weight** this lens is amazing!
