I bought this item because I wanted something to protect my stuff while running without the full weight of a regular fanny pack. The slim design of the strap made it a winner. I've only used the belt once during a 30 minute run, but I love it! It hugged my waist securely and I was able to tighten the fit by adjusting the strap. I was able to fit my semi-locked keys, debit card, license, cash and my Samsung Salaxy S6 in my pocket. I should note that there is a wide strap inside that you can use to separate items. There is also a convenient hole for connecting headphones to the phone. I can't imagine how I used to run without this belt!
